We kicked off the year celebrating an incredible previous year at the Lifstyl Awards Banquet, where our team was honored with some truly meaningful milestones!

We were proud to be named the #1 Team in Sales, receive the 3 Multi-Million Producer award, and earn the recognition for Highest Broker Sold – Buy Side.

Riding that momentum straight into the new year, we also closed on a $2.35M car dealership off E. New Circle Road which was an exciting commercial win and a strong start to what’s shaping up to be another amazing year.

Mason took his largest listing to date live after guiding a family through the entire preparation process, helping clean out their home and managing renovations from start to finish to ensure it was market-ready.

March was packed with growth, milestones, and well-earned time together. Andrea and Hanna headed to Inman Connect Nashville during March Madness, sharpening their skills and bringing back fresh technology and strategies to better serve our clients here in Lexington.

Mason closed on and listed the very first home he and his wife ever lived in, which was truly a special milestone.

Andrea soaked up time with family, enjoying her son’s final high school spring break on a family trip to Cancun (her third Mexico trip of 2025)! She later attended Coachella with her son—carrying on their shared love for music festivals.

Back home, it was straight back to work with a same-day return for a new construction photo shoot with Hanna.

Meanwhile, on the property management side, Ashley stayed busy leasing multiple properties, including 1470 Vintage, 1950 Vicksburg, and 148 Shawnee Place, continuing to drive strong results for our clients!

Continuing on the property management side, Ashley continued to deliver results by successfully leasing 146 Shawnee Place.

This month was filled with celebrations, milestones, and continued momentum across the team.

There were also unforgettable personal moments for Andrea, including a trip to New York City for the Gov Ball Concert with my son, soaking up the city’s unmatched energy. We wrapped it all up by celebrating three team birthdays with a big bash hosted by our team leader, while Ashley kept things moving on the business side by successfully leasing 210 Mousas.

Mason claimed first place in his division at the Play Golf Lex City Championship, marking a great personal victory. We also hosted our annual 4th of July team pool party—a reminder that the team that plays together truly stays together. To round it out with a touch of magic, Hanna took Camden and Ava to Disney World for the first time, creating unforgettable memories for the whole family.

This month was defined by meaningful client wins, professional growth, and special moments with family and the team. Mason helped a childhood friend and his wife purchase their first home just months before welcoming their first baby—a milestone that made the transaction especially rewarding.

Andrea attended Inman San Diego as an ambassador, bringing back valuable insights from the conference, while the team navigated a major buy-sell month, successfully coordinating multiple client purchases and sales.

There were also unforgettable experiences outside of work, including a trip to Nashville to see The Weeknd with my son and our property manager.

On the business side, Ashley continued her momentum by leasing 241 KY Avenue, and Ashley and Mara made the trip to Bristol Motor Speedway for a Cincinnati Reds game. We capped off the month with big wins and proud moments—Andrea and Hanna each closing over $1M in sales, and Camden taking home baseball victories that gave us all something to celebrate.

This month was filled with exciting firsts and meaningful moments across the team. Mason closed on another first-time homebuyer couple, guiding them through the entire process from start to finish—their excitement serving as a powerful reminder of why this career is so rewarding.

Mara took a major step forward by taking her first listing live, while Ashley continued to deliver strong results on the property management side by leasing multiple properties, including 146 Shawnee #4, 605 Harry Street, Donabrook C10, and 118 Lorraine.

Outside of work, there were unforgettable personal experiences, from Andrea celebrating Oktoberfest in Germany to Hanna taking her kids to meet penguins at the aquarium—a perfect mix of professional wins and family joy.

This month was packed with milestones, memories, and adventures. Andrea celebrated her birthday with an unforgettable climb to Mount Everest Base Camp and later hosted a fun Halloween party at home.

Mara hit the ground running as a brand-new agent, closing three transactions and building strong momentum. Ashley stayed busy leasing 425 Patrician Place and 1110 Sparks Road, while also traveling for the Ludovico Einaudi concert.

The team—Ashley, Hanna, and Mara—attended the Keeneland Real Estate Event to stay ahead of industry trends. Hanna also had the joy of helping her baby sister purchase her first home. Amid all the work, Hanna still made sure to savor family time, enjoying Halloween festivities at Great Wolf Lodge, gymnastics meets, and creating countless core memories together.

Pie Day 2025 was bigger than ever, with more vendors, more clients, and, of course, more pies—an amazing day celebrating our community and local businesses.

We also hosted our most fun holiday party yet and launched our brand-new website, a project we had been developing all year 🌐 (visit the site here).

On the personal side, Hanna enjoyed a season full of holiday highlights, from decorating cookies with Santa at the Castle and celebrating Christmas at home with the kids to ringing in the New Year with a trip to Aspen and learning how to ski—making the end of the year both productive and unforgettable!

2025 was filled with growth, gratitude, and unforgettable moments—and we couldn’t have done it without you. We’re so excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to serve you with excellence in the year to come.
