January | Starting 2026 Strong
We kicked off the new year with strong momentum across the team, setting the tone for what’s ahead in 2026.
Mason started the year with a new listing on 727 Tremont Ave, alongside successfully guiding a client through both a buy and sell transaction…an impressive way to open the year!

One of the most meaningful milestones this month was celebrating the closing of all 24 townhomes for a longtime client, as Ben came into town to mark the occasion. What began nearly two years ago as individual listings turned into a full-circle moment. 24 properties, one client relationship, and over $6M in total sales. It’s a reflection of the consistency, trust, and long-term partnerships that drive so much of what we do behind the scenes.

Our property management division continued its steady pace, with Ashley successfully leasing 421 Johnson Ave #1, keeping occupancy strong and clients well served.
Mara also hit an exciting personal milestone, closing her first duplex deal and continuing to build momentum in her real estate career!
February | Growth, Learning & Milestones
February brought a mix of business growth, team connection, and exciting milestones both locally and beyond. We kicked off the month by coming together as a team for a night out at The Camel, taking time to connect, network, and enjoy time together outside of the day-to-day.
Andrea celebrated a major business milestone with the opening of her 9th JINYA Ramen Bar location—and the first in Tennessee—as her group expanded into the Nashville market. Several members of the team joined to support and celebrate the opening (see it here)!
She also took time to celebrate a special personal milestone, traveling to Aspen with her son for his 18th birthday, making the most of a well-deserved trip on the slopes.



On the property management side, Ashley continued to deliver strong results, successfully leasing multiple properties including 421 Johnson Ave #2, 230 Mousas Way, and 4067 Winnepeg.

Mara invested in her professional growth by completing a two-week Lifstyl intensive agent training, continuing to build a strong foundation for her real estate career.
March | Team Expansion & Momentum
March brought major wins, exciting transitions, and plenty of reasons to celebrate across the team.
A huge milestone for the company this month was the addition of our newest team member, Chase Caldwell, stepping into the role of Director of Finance. This is an important step forward as we continue to strengthen our operations and growth.
We’re also proud to highlight Smiley Pete, who has been recognized for the second consecutive year as the #1 realtor in Lexington. This continued recognition reflects both consistency and excellence in our local market.

On the personal side, Andrea headed to the Dominican Republic with her husband Brendon, their son, and four of their closest friends to celebrate her son Layton’s final spring break of high school. Layton has also officially committed to the University of Kentucky as a Wildcat, marking another proud moment for the family and their continued connection to Kentucky.
In agent activity, Ashley successfully leased 175 Malabu Dr #44, while Mara secured a new construction listing in Berea, continuing momentum in the new build space.
To close out the month, Mason celebrated two exciting closings with first-time home buyers which is an especially rewarding milestone for both clients and agent alike.
Back home, it was straight back to work with a same-day return for a new construction photo shoot with Hanna.
