April | Welcoming New Leadership
April marked another exciting step forward for our team as we officially welcomed Chase Caldwell as our new Director of Finance. Chase brings valuable financial expertise to Coughtry Enterprises, helping strengthen our operations as we continue to grow. We're excited to have him on board and look forward to the impact he'll have on the team.
Andrea also checked off a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, traveling to Nepal with her husband Brendon and son Layton. Together they trekked to Everest Base Camp, taking in breathtaking views while completely unplugging from the fast pace of everyday life. The experience offered a rare opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and create lasting memories together as a family.
This month also brought plenty of adventure for Andrea, who took on the challenge of traveling to the Dominican Republic with five 18-year-olds to celebrate her son Layton's graduation. While it made for an unforgettable trip, she also proved that real estate never takes a vacation, going under contract on a custom home with one of our trusted builder partners, Nick Phillips, while abroad.
May | Celebrating Milestones
May was filled with exciting personal and professional accomplishments across the team!
A huge congratulations to Kate-Bradley Harris, who graduated and returned for the summer before beginning her next chapter in Boston this August. Before leaving Kentucky, she will have had three properties under contract, an exciting way to close out this season.
The Coughtry family also celebrated a major milestone as Andrea’s son, Layton, officially graduated from high school. This fall, he'll begin the next chapter of his journey as a student at the University of Kentucky, making it an especially meaningful season for the entire family!
June | Summer Momentum
June was filled with exciting milestones, celebrations, and continued momentum across the team.
Andrea spent part of the month exploring Europe, traveling through Barcelona, St. Tropez, Menorca, Ibiza, Sardinia, and Monte Carlo before returning home refreshed for another busy season.
Back home, we celebrated several birthdays across the team, wishing a happy birthday to Mason Blair, Hanna Burkhart, and Ashley Brumfield. June was an especially meaningful month for Mason, who also celebrated his wedding anniversary alongside another trip around the sun.
On the business side, Mason led the team in production for the second quarter, continuing to build strong momentum while helping more clients achieve their real estate goals.
Hanna also reached an exciting career milestone, putting her first $1.1 million listing in Raven Creek under contract.
Away from work, she's embracing an exciting new season of life after moving into a new home, gaining two little personal helpers, and continuing to grow both her client relationships and community connections every day.

As we wrap up the first half of 2026, we're incredibly grateful for the momentum we've built, the milestones we've celebrated, and the relationships we've continued to strengthen along the way.
