Can you believe June is already wrapping up? It’s been a busy month, and things are only heating up—literally and figuratively! Here in Kentucky, we’re seeing temps climb above 90 degrees daily, but that’s not slowing us down one bit.
Who's ready for the 4th of July? I LOVE fireworks, cookouts, and quality time with family and friends. It’s the perfect time to celebrate all the summer fun, and we've got some exciting updates to share with you!

You’ll start seeing “Coming Soon” banners for our newest development at Ashgrove Estates. The townhomes are now available for virtual viewing, and the lots are starting to take shape. Keep an eye out over the next few weeks as we also kick off renovations on the existing home there!
