We’re thrilled to kick off November by inviting you to our 4th Annual Pie Day celebration on November 26th from 3 to 4 pm! Join us at Lifstyl for an afternoon of food, drinks, fun, swag, and exciting prizes. Be sure to register your pie, and get ready for a festive gathering – we’re excited to celebrate with all of you!
I’m also excited to share a “coming soon” project on Ashgrove Road that’s been nearly two years in the making. This 33-acre property has just completed rezoning, and I had the opportunity to invest in the back half of the property, where we’ll be developing 160 luxury townhomes for rent. Meanwhile, on the front half, we’re renovating a stunning 10,000 sq. ft. home surrounded by 12 beautiful lots – each with views of a pond and perfect for new single-family homes. There’s much more to come on this project in the coming months!
In addition, I’ll be speaking at the Atlas Alliance Business Planning Clinic about using DISC assessments to support KPIs for 2024 and 2025 – an invaluable tool in refining goals and strengthening team synergy. And, on a personal note, October brought me the unexpected honor of receiving the Rising Young Alumni Award from the University of Pikeville, a moment made extra special with my family by my side.
