On the real estate front, exciting progress continues on Ashgrove Road, a project nearly two years in the making. This 33-acre development is taking shape with 160 luxury townhomes for rent and a beautifully renovated 10,000 sq. ft. home surrounded by 12 picturesque lots perfect for single-family homes. The journey from rezoning to development has been an incredible experience, and we’re looking forward to sharing updates as the vision becomes reality.

In addition, once again, I want to mention our investment opportunities we have been working on in Rock House Ridge, nestled in the breathtaking Red River Gorge area. This project offers a unique blend of natural beauty and potential for growth, making it an exciting option for those looking to invest in the heart of Kentucky’s scenic landscape.
