We’re starting 2025 off strong, with deals already rolling over to help our agents achieve their new goals and set the stage for another record-breaking year. In addition to our ongoing success, we’re thrilled to continue work on Rock House Ridge in the stunning Red River Gorge area along with our Ashgrove Road Development, two projects that reflect our commitment to creating unique, meaningful opportunities for our clients and community.

The Rock House Ridge project continues to offer incredible investment potential in one of Kentucky’s most scenic destinations, blending natural beauty with exciting growth opportunities. Meanwhile, Ashgrove Road, a development nearly two years in the making, is taking shape beautifully. With 160 luxury townhomes for rent, a renovated 10,000 sq. ft. home, and 12 breathtaking lots for single-family homes, this project is a true labor of love that will continue to unfold throughout 2025.
