February was truly a month to remember—filled with deals, growth, and a whole lot of love! 💙 As we step into March, I can’t help but reflect on how proud I am of our Coughtry Enterprises team. Their dedication to our clients, whether through leasing, selling, or guiding investors, has been nothing short of incredible. Watching them work tirelessly to help so many people achieve their real estate goals is both inspiring and humbling.

Last month was a whirlwind! We closed 10 deals, leased 4 properties, and helped our investors maximize their portfolios. In just two months, we’ve already sold nearly $7 million, with another $3 million active, $2 million coming soon, and $3 million pending—bringing our total to almost $14.5 million so far this year! 🔥🏡 None of this would be possible without the trust and support of our amazing clients, investors, and partners. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey!

March is shaping up to be just as exciting. Some of our team will be heading to Nashville for the Inman Real Estate Conference, where we’ll bring back the latest industry insights and fresh marketing ideas for our clients. Others will be there cheering on their favorite teams at the SEC Tournament, making memories along the way.

TEAM SPOTLIGHT: KATE-BRADLEY HARRIS

We are thrilled to highlight Kate-Bradley Harris and all of her incredible accomplishments in less than a year with Coughtry Enterprises! 🎉 Kate-Bradley first joined our team virtually in January 2024, then officially in person in May 2024, and she has quickly become an essential part of our success. Today, she serves as our full-time Marketing Director, managing all social media and this very newsletter—all while still working her own leads, closing deals, and pursuing a full-time degree!

Kate-Bradley is currently a Junior at Clemson University, majoring in Financial Management with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in Accounting. Her passion for real estate started early, growing up in Lexington, and she’s already proving to be a powerhouse in the industry.

A huge congratulations to Kate-Bradley on closing her first deal—a lead she worked for months to find the perfect investment property. Not only did she guide the client through the purchase, but now we’re helping them renovate, lease, and manage the home as part of our growing portfolio. Talk about going above and beyond!
