This week marks a pivotal time for all business owners as we step into the final quarter of the year. It’s hard to believe how fast 2024 has flown by, and we want to take a moment to reflect on just how blessed we’ve been. In the first three quarters of the year, we’ve had the privilege of working on just over $34 million in closed, active, and pending deals—a milestone that humbles and excites us as we look ahead. But we’re not slowing down. As we set our sights on Q4, execution is the name of the game. Lexington remains a seller's market, with more buyers than available homes, although the time homes stay on the market is lengthening, averaging 54 days.

For investors, there are growing opportunities in neighborhoods like Masterson Station and Bryan Station, where home prices are more affordable. Meanwhile, higher-end markets like Downtown Lexington are still commanding premium prices, with the median listing price in this area reaching $695,000.
